团队介绍

本团队多年来一直从事精细有机合成与工业催化,积极面向国家经济建设主战场和科技发展战略需求,注重基础研究与生产实际相结合,在环保助剂与先进催化研究领域享有盛誉。主要的科研方向包括:新型纳米材料的设计及在环境催化中的应用、新型多相催化剂制备及其前沿基础研究、新型环境友好塑料助剂的合成与应用和精细化学品分子结构设计与绿色合成四个方面。

本研究团队现有教授博导2名、副教授硕导2名,其中有中国工程塑料加工委员会专家组专家(蒋平平教授),国家标准委员会橡塑分委会专家(蒋平平教授),中国增塑剂行业协会技术委员会主任(蒋平平教授),中国感光学会光催化专业委员会委员(董玉明教授),杭州市人民政府钱江特聘专家(蒋平平教授),中国轻工联合会“十二五”轻工科技创新先进个人(蒋平平教授),江苏省化学化工学会理事(董玉明教授),江苏省“六大人才高峰”高层次人才(董玉明教授、张萍波副教授),无锡市优秀教育工作者(蒋平平教授),无锡市优秀科技工作者(蒋平平教授),盐城市“515领军人才”(张萍波副教授),江南大学先进教育工作者(蒋平平教授、董玉明教授),江南大学至善青年学者2人(董玉明教授、冷炎副教授),形成一支结构合理、富有凝聚力与创新活力的研究团队。本科研团队主持/完成包括国家自然科学基金5项、国家十二·五科技支撑课题1项、江苏省自然科学基金项目、江苏省成果转化项目、教育部重点科技项目等省部级科研项目和企业合作项目多项。

本研究团队的老师均毕业于国内重点高校,具有海外留学及研究背景,有丰富的学识和严谨的科研态度,可以为研究生进行很好的传道授业解惑。整个团队有良好的学术氛围,为博士和硕士研究生提供了宽广的科研工作空间,使其可以大胆的开展实验,新的想法可以得到及时的验证和发表。另外本团队还为研究生提供集体旅游和会议交流的机会,使其能开阔视野,增长见识。
